Dont worry about it,
Some of mine come up with 'Warning - Post'
It comes up with this 5 days after you sold the item, it is reminding you that they havn't got it yet, and if you havnt sent it, you need to, as you only have 9 days left.
So dont worry about it, if you've already sent it, it will be fine, it will be processed as normal when it arrives
