First Phone/Email Them And See What They say, Sometimes You Might Not Need To Return It But If You Do Follow This Below:
Package The Item To Send Back With The Address Shown.

Inside Add The Item And Also Write A Note With The Transaction Number And The Reason Why You Are Returning It!
If Swapitshop Find It Bad Condition Etc Then They Should Refund You The Points

So can you ask them to reimburse you (in Swapits) the cost of stamps if they find the swap to be faulty?

Yeah I Think They Will, Or They Will Send Stamps Of The Value Back To You  Best Just To Send Faulty Items In With Other Swaps
