As it is a white star swapper, you can't really tell whether they send it or not, I think it depends on a series of things. First of all if the person only just discovers you have to pay double postage they may not send, or they may send anyway. If they realise the true value of swapits they may not send but then again they may. It depends what type of person they are. |
