Regarding PSP27... BEING SORTED

BEING SORTED, UPDATE WILL BE POSTED...

I sold him an Official pair of PSP headphones

He said he recieved them today but they were not official PSP ones, he described them as crappy black ones?

I know I sent the official PSP headphones! I think this guy is a scammer...

What I think:

1. I sent Official PSP headphones
2. He recieves, happy with item
3. Decides he wants them free!
4. He complains to the sellar hoping for refund
5. He sends some crappy black headphones back to sellar
6. And he gets a free pair of OFFICIAL PSP headphones!

Correct?

At first I thought I may have sent the wrong item as I have sold a pair of official PSP headphones and some rubbish headphones... I thought I may have got the swap numbers mixed up BUT I AM SURE NOW THAT I DIDN'T as I always check!

This is my first complaint I have ever had with any of my swaps

You mean what should I do? I like the way you posted this trying to make out I am the bad one, you tried to beat me posting. I can't beleive you are doing this, just because you are a gold star and I am a -. I can provide pictures, you think I'm lying? Also, he said he sent them to a different person and when I said go onto his emails and read the swap number, I said this would prove if he is lying. What a suprise, he deletes all his emails...

I know what I opened and saw, I paid 2K swapits for a pair of normal black earphones. I said I'll put those earphones back up on SwapitShop so he can pay back the 2K.

Just because there is already a thread about me, you've made a new one trying to get people on your side making me the bad one.

How am I making it up on the spot!? I'm not making anything up! I can provide everyone with pictures of the product and packaging to prove I'm not lying. I don't have any earphones, which is why I wanted to get some PSP ones...

You told me you would sell OFFICIAL PSP EARPHONES to me, then you send fake ones. I don't have any other bloody earphones, why do you think I wanted to buy some new ones? That is the exact packaging and item that was sent to me. Look at those earphones, they are brand new and untouched.

If I had the PSP earphones, do you think there would be a problem? Would I be making all this fuss for nothing?

I emailed SwapitShop about an hour ago thoroughly explaining to them what happened.

Sonic, which person would do all this just for the sakes of 2K? I've actually replied with pictures, explanations. I want to know why you sent out those black ones which were not official PSP earphones.

I've tried defending myself from letting people know I am not a scammer, in fact it is the other way round so you can forget the title of this thread. You don't have any proof that I am a scammer, therefore I am not. However I have provided you all with pictures and explanations so you can decide who is the scammer...

I've also emailed swapitshop, so when I get the reply I will post it here also.

Reading through this thread, I personally feel that neither of you are scammers, or at least none of you scammed in relation to this swap.

I think that James accidently wrote the wrong swap numbers on, and has sent some official headphones to the person who won the black ones, as he says the reason he knows he didn't mix up the swap numbers is a guess:

There was no need to go making threads about saying I'm a scammer when clearly I'm not. If he did get them mixed up he should have just admitted it instead of continuously posting and telling people I'm a scammer. I'll wait for the reply back from SwapitShop and see what they say about the situation but thanks Stac.

Sonic should try and get contact with the guy who he supposedly sent the psp earphones to and ask to send back and i'd give the black ones.

Got the reply from SwapitShop

'Could you please return the earphones you received to the address below, including a short note with your member number, the swap number of the swap and a brief explanation of the problem. Please don't write the swap number on the front of the parcel, only on the note that you include inside the package -this is so your return doesn't get treated as normal post and sent back to you again.'

So I'll be sending back the swap and getting my swapits back which I'm glad about!

Doesn't anyone understand my point of view here? Or is everyone just agreeing with Sonic because he's a gold star swapper and well known on the forum. Of course everyone's going to beleive him. I know what I recieved, I wouldn't have done all this for no reason, if you think I'm lying then just carry on beleiving that. I bought the earphones as I didn't have a pair, I needed a new pair. I recieved a pair of black earphones, if no one doesn't want to beleive then don't but I know I am right.

Sonic either did it on purpose or sent them by mistake, but obviously he's going to deny any of it...

I don't think he would have done it on purpose, but definetely think he did it by accident by mixing up the swap numbers.

I don't see why everyone is just taking sides with him just because he is either a gold star SwapitShop user or a well known member on the forum. No one has listened to what I've said or posted, no matter what I say or do everyone will just take Sonic's side.

Look at the numbers on the envelopes I posted before, the swap numbers a clearly different. Did anyone acutally see them or just presumed everything Sonic says is true?

Personally This is What i think Happened:
Sonic. Had Real PSP Headfones Then Sent it off to Swapitshop Then Swapitshop Got raided By Evil elfs And The Elfs Took The PSP Headfones Soon The Elfs Felt Bad So They Replaced Them With Fake Ones And Then PSP27 Got The Fake Ones.
So Overall Its The Elfs Fault!


Blame The Elfs FTW!

P.s - I dont rely Think That PSP27 is a Bad Swapper.

In order to avoid the -4 you will need to ring SwapitShop (or e-mail them, but they may not reply) and tell them you've just realised you mixed up two swap numbers, tell them about the normal headphones and the psp headphones going to the wrong swappers and they will probably not give you the -4, and attempt to contact the winner of the black headphones.

Otherwise it is completely to chance whether you get a -4 and/or your swapits taken back from you.

I think you should edit the title, it's not really fair as it wasn't PSP27's fault that this happened (and neither was it sonic's) and no-one should be publisised as a scammer when they are not
