SCAMMED OUT OF 25,000 SWAPITS! !!!!Oh jees,You would think, Swapitshop cant get any worse, until they ALLOW A PICTURE to get through, WITHOUT even checking the swap. I won a 'brand new ds lite' for 25,000 swapits, it got sent and I was over the moon. I recieved today, an envelope, with a folded up piece of A4 Paper in it, with a BLURRED Picture of a nintendo ds on it. SaintzFC - You scammmerrrrrrr! I hope you are happy spending your scammed swapits - you stupid idiot! - I have already emailed Swapitshop and I hope your account fills with -4's! I think SwapitShop don't even bother to check anything, I'd laugh if someone managed to swap cocaine on SwapitShop!

Omfg, how the HELL did Swapitshop let them through? Are they retarded or something? Omg i'd be furious if that happened to me. Swapitshop are getting worse and worse. Now that guy has the chance to spend all his scammed swapits before Swapitshop take them off him.

ive been scammed 40k by same person, just waiting on my "pics" to get to SwapitShop and hopefully they dont send them onto me.
one thing that does get me though, SwapitShop always send anything over 6k value as recorded delivery. They must have seen yuo paid 25k for it, and yet its sent standard, which doubly shows their lack of checking. Does remind me of an ipod video i won recently. I got that aand sight training on the DS from same person. Got confirmation from SwapitShop that both were sent, Recieved Sight Training, no sign of Ipod video... One phone call later, I was told as it was expensive it was sent recorded.... they went and checked, and ooops they said, they didnt send it recorded... and still no ipod video arrived. I have to ring on wednesday to get my swapits back. But to be honest, the transaction feels like it was never dispatched from SwapitShop end. They say they always send expensive items recorded, they just happened to have forgotten on mine, and it just happens to go missing in the post. Oh well you win some you lose some

When I sold a DS Lite on SwapitShop sometime last year (a real one obviously) they spent a day or whatever 'checking' the swap because they took ages to credit my Swapits. I had a gold star rating of about 200 at the time I think, and this person has less and they didn't check theirs.

Yep its sorted I think. Will keep you updated though.
Ive been told im going to get a brand new DS sent to me, to make up for what I should have recieved.. (I still have to pay the 25k though). They said they will send me one because they shouldnt have let this through in the first place.. They are going to make sure the swapits go to their account, and not SaintzFC, and they said his rating will be affected. It better be! Im making sure, Ill keep checking until they've sorted it, as he shouldnt get to keep the rating and swapits for it. So now, just waiting for the real ds to come . Hopefully soon! Will let you know how it goes.

nice result but shouldnt have happened in the first place nothing at all gets checked anymore. bet the only reason there giving you that coz theyve got them and they like you i bet if anyone else reported about something else theyd just credit your points back.
i wonder if grinnerlynn will get 2 then lol i bet she doesn't it would be nice if she got one though or did they not get sent onwards? also good deal then a ds lite for 25k off SwapitShop themselves lol |

Ryberto, I was thinking about that, but I dont think grinnerlynn will get them, because they havnt been processed and sent to grinnerlynn, so no real problem has been caused yet.. (unless SaintzFC's pictures get through AGAIN, which I doubt they will a second time). If he even sends.

i wouldnt put it past SwapitShop i know they say theres new staff in the post room and thats why things are being missed but theyve been saying that for the last year youd have thaught they'd have figured out how to open and close envelopes by now or is that an advanced course for god sake! | ||||

no news here yet, am waiting for the pics to get sent to SwapitShop where i hope they say they have credited my swapsits back as items are not as recieved,
If i get an email saying they are on their way, then that would be interesting lol also, with whats going on, they may just not even bother to send anything, even bits of paper, then ill have to wait the full 14 days. |

Yeah, new staff isn't an excuse, they should know what to do! That happened to me, won an iPod Nano 8GB green for 3k and it was a pic.

Ah thats good then . And no, its quite obvious, as we can see, that these bad swaps can get through,
However, I assure you, anybody even thinking about trying to scam someone, if I end up buying it, I promise you that you will get you -4's and the swapits removed .
Just to confirm, SaintzFC has been given -4's and the Swapits have been removed from his account. Bad guys never win!

That's a good result from such a bad experience YXZ. 25000 swapit, and to think I recently kicked up a big stick over 1500 lol.

When scammers scam you and you spend ages ringing in to swapitshop and stuff and getting your swapits refunded. I've heard that the scammer doesn't get them taken back off him.. as swpitshop cannot be sure who is telling the truth, as they don't actually properly check the item to see for themselves. ALSO when you get your swapits refunded TO ADD TO ALL THAT the scammer ALSO doesn't get given a negative rating.. they just keep the positive rating points which they got given when it was posted on to the buyer from swapitshop (when swapitshop didn't check the item properly). This is obviously why scammers keep scamming.. they get to keep the swapits and alot of the time their ratings don't get changed to a negative rating when your swapits get refunded. I say that something should be done. It should be advertised eveywhere who the scammers are so that people don't have to waste their time with selfish, horrible, sick people like them. Who agrees..?? tehe | ||||
