Strongly advise you not to do it until you and your partner are both over the age of 16 and both feel you are ready. Parents tend to go off the rails if they find out their daughter has had sex under the age of 16, especially if you're older than them.

You're not ready for sex until you're in a relationship with someone you love and trust. Don't rush into it, wait until you're at least 16 it's the law after all.
And for gods sake make sure you use a condom - there are enough young teenage mothers as it is at the mo 
The UK has the highest teenage pregnancy rate in Europe and also young people are becoming less and less bothered by sexually transmitted diseases.

Just so you know, you can get free condoms from family planning clinics and sexual health centres. You just need the guts to go in there and ask for them that's all
