SHOCKING COMPLAINT AND SwapitShop NOT DOIN ANYTHIN!Hi,I won 2 swaps: http://www.swapitshop.com/swap_id-1783911/browse and http://www.swapitshop.com/swap_id-1783920/browse I won them both. I was really happy until... The swapper sent only the 3 nail polishes, and put the swap number on for the set of 6! Really annyoyed as i rang Swapitshop who said they'd email me in 5 minutes, which, ofcourse, they didn't. Tried emailing them again, didn't work. I have had enough. Swapitshop should be checking their swaps instead of ripping people off as usual. OH- ALSO, ONE OF THE NAIL VARNISHED HAD SMASHED IN THE POST, AND THE OTHER 2 WERE RUSTY! |

That is bad, you should make sure you definetely get your swapits back.
And to think that I was planning to bid on one of those but didn't get home in time. Kind of glad I didn't now. |

O.K, thanks everyone, i was refunded at 4:34 AM!!! What i am really annoyed about though, is that they didn't give them a -4 rating!!! Hey, but still, i got to keep the nail varnishes.
I also recieved 1 used mascara, and 1 used glitter eyeliner, which my swapits were refunded on, however, they didn't get a -4 either, but i got to keep the item! |

I rarely bid on make- up beauty items because of these sort of risks. They should definetly be given a minus!!! |

Thank you. Now, swapitshop are refusing to refund my swapits on another swap. It says on my completed page 'awaiting delivery', but they told me that on their database, it says that it is 'swap complete'
