Silly Woman!!Hey,
I sold this Man of the Match card on SwapitShop. I posted it the day after it was won along with another swap. The first one arrived but the Man of the Match never did. THen i went on holiday and wasn't able to contact them, so on the day i came back the swap was cncelled. I phoned them up and said that i had waited for it to arrive and that is ent it with another swap, and she said that she would credit me with swapits and reverse the minus. She gave me the swapits but didn't reverse the minus!
I am going to phone them and ask if they can, but i am doubtful.
Has this ever happened to anyone?

yeh to me with a £15 itunes voucher, i got told to fill out the royal mail form, but then, all of a sudden, 3 mins later, i got a call saying yes we have it, we received it a while ago, we just couldnt understand the transaction number, and member number cos the ink had smuged, they then reversed the minus (still there) and returned the item to me.

Thats odd Usaully they do what they say ..
i think wait 1-2 days then ring them again.

same here.
with an item that _sfx_ bought off me, when it was won i sent the same day, 1st class but it took 2 weeks to get there!
i rang them up and said can i have my rating back up please, they said they would, but they never did.

if so she never gave me nothing back when i actually sent the item,so the item was lost and she did'nt let me have a rating...
