It is disgusting! How can people eat  ? It's made out of waste parts mixed together like the ears, eyes, fat, intestines, liver etc. Yuck!

I think it comes out of the can in a slimy big chunk as well...nice  Reminds me of cat food, I bet it smells like it too! Never tried it, don't intend to!
