Swapitshop e-mailsWhenever i send an e-mail to swapitshop, they never reply. Like a week ago i e-mailed on sunday night, still no reply.

i always get a reply within 1 week...
the like reading my e-mails as i always credit their work, e.g. you staff are just the best, way better than going into shops and being ignored...etc. then i write my complaint
