IM SO pup ANGRY!!!!

I e-mailed SwapitShop saying could they cancel something so i had enough swapits to buy it, they said they couldn't because they could send it and it would be unfair. I could of cancelled it tommorow, and i got a reply at 17:10, so weewee off, royal mail cant deliver it in 0 operating hours before i cancel, SwapitShop should really use common sense

i wanted it, thasts why i bought it, but when i realised they wasnt gonna send, i contacted SwapitShop (13th day after 5pm, when royal mail dont deliver anything)
