Swapitshop webcamit would help if SwapitShop introduced a webcam system, where ou could show them your item, and they could tell you if it was packeged properly, within width allowance etc, and so you can watch them put your rating back up if somethng you posted got lost!

I don't quite get this - I uderstand you could show if something was packaged right but you could do that by simply entering details. Plus - the police won't like adults looking at kids on the web - you never know what could happen!
I think, really , it's a silly idea!

yea it would take SwapitShop ages to check all the videos every one would take advantage and show the item packaged but not send keep the item and claim the swapits anyway!

Well theres a simpler way to find out if your item is packaged properly without bothering swapitshop, its called a Post Office =) Just go to one and ask if its packaged properly. Also they wont have enough staff and it could be abused my dirty minded children.

I agree! 
The post office have a thing to put the packaged swap through anyway and if it fits through then it is a letter, and if not I think they'll have another one for large letters and then anything above is a package, and they'll have scales to weigh stuff as well. It would be hard to tell via webcam what it fits as, for example when I measured the width of my first swap it said it was exactly 5mm thick, making it a normal letter but when I took it to the post office it wouldn't fit through the thing properly and they checked and it was just over 5mm thick, and that made it a large letter. Things like this would happen if you asked Swapitshop as they cannot physically check the package.
