Teletubbies Phone DanglerI won a teletubbies phone dangler on 31/07/08 and on 01/08/08 it said that SwapitShop had recieved it and they will be sending it to me. On my completed page, it says Swap Complete, but i dont have the item...

Ive had this problem plenty of times with swapitshop.
just explain your situation and ask for either a refund or a replacement item to be sent out, hopefully they will actually do that for you. |
