These are hard ones!Here's the best I've found so far!
1. Every morning a man takes the lift down from his flat on the 12th floor, to the ground floor & every evening when he comes home, he goes from the ground floor to the 7th floor & walks the rest of the way up. Why?
2. What are all of these things with legs?..... Two legs is sitting on three legs eating one leg when four legs comes in & grabs one leg. Two legs stands up, throw three legs at four legs then runs after four legs for one leg. 
3. A man is walking home from the pub in the middle of the road, he is wearing all black. As a he comes round the corner, a car comes down the road but stops quickly. How did the person in the car know to stop?
4. George's mother has three children: April, May & someone else. Who is the third child?

Ok. A person is sitting on a 3 legged stool eating a chicken leg. Then a dog comes and takes the chicken. Then the person stands up and chucks the stool at the dog and runs for the chicken? Lol it could be right! =D
