Ugh i can t take it anymorethere is this boy in my class he is from my old school as well he keeps bullying me calling me names physically pnching me i fell like to smash his windows ---- his dads car up and much more i dont want to do that any advice on how to fix this

People'll say "tell a teacher" but sometimes that just doesn't work.
Stand up to him, and next time he punches you, turn 'round and floor him. He will gain respect for you, but don;t be suprised when you totally whales on you, just keep on fighting until he backs down. Show him that you're not weak.
If you feel you can, though, tell a teacher.
NB. Make sure you don't go too far while fighting, don't go overboard and try and kill him, take it as self-defense, just do it to get him down, but if you feel your life is in imminent danger of ending, it's no rules, fight dirty if you have to.

When my boyfriend was younger he was bullied quite a lot apparently. One day in Year 9 someone was taking the **** out of how he walked or something, so he turned round and punched him in the face. He's not a violent person at all, he'd just got to the end of his tether. I think the kid left him alone after that, which proves it works to show who's boss, but at the same time he got suspended for a day for punching him.
I would say don't stoop to his level and be violent - try and restrain yourself even if he fires you up one day. I would just rise above it, and find some short n sweet comebacks perhaps..? As for him hitting you, try and make it visable to a teacher if possible if you don't feel comfortable actually telling them.

It's best not to hit someone, but if you feel that's the right thing to do then do it. This is coming from a pacifist, so you can see why I said that. As said, sometimes telling a teacher doesn't work. Good luck!

Would a pacifist not be completely and utterly against violence though, and not give the exception that it's ok to do it if you feel it's the right thing?
I personally wouldn't retaliate violently but I guess it's up to you TheNamesKiller at the end of the day.

Find his weakness - exploit it by ripping him. Alternatively floor him.
If those fail, tell somoene else.

As KC said, don't back down from him, confront him and show him that you're not weak and that he cannot boss you around.
If possible whilst he is with a group of his friends, embarrass him by perhaps telling them a secret about him that you may have learned about whilst you were at school together before.
This will totally humiliate him and he'll probably leave you alone although there is a bit of a risk that he'll try and get revenge but if that happens then just give him a good thumping and that'll sort him out.

Best thing to do (Not that way, the best thing to do is to tell someone, but you know what I mean,) is find something REALLY personal, like his mum dying, or him being raped or something, and use that against him, not just something petty like the way he walks.

take some time off school and go to the gym everyday until your built like a brickhouse and then.............poke him with a big stick from behind.

but in all seriousness would you consider yourself athletic or big or strong because if not the things above will not help as far as violence goes especially as far as kicking him in the balls you can 1 cause a lot of damage and 2 make someone very angry which aint good because if when i was at school someone kicked me there or even hit me id of kicked the you know wot out of them so if you aint that hard dont try that.
so if you aint to hard then you need to do either of 2 things rip him like KC said as there aint many more things embarassing than a good put down line especially infront of people, but if you aint that witty or a bit shy then just make lots of freinds try something like football even if you aint good at it if you have loads of freinds around you then they'll stick up for you or he wont try to do it anymore.
but the main thing is you need to find a weakness if hes just a Penis t**t then hit him as thats what works best as they only do it to people who they know wont fight back. if hes quite big then you need to rip or try and make freinds with either people or even him.

do you know any people that are harder than him and that he is wary of?
if so try to stay near them at break and lunch and if posible walk to and from school with them. Then if he comes anywhere near you they will stick up for you.
