urgent help!i have sent a game in to swapitshop but it has been returned they have not sent me an e mail either what should i do?

how many stamps did you put on it? best off phoneing them and tellin them whats happend.

i put three on it and three for them to forward but does the thickness of the item matter and do i need special stamps

Yeah the thickness matters, but 3 1st/2nd is usualy enough for a boxed game, and no, no special stamps lol

but why would they return it plus swapitshop did not confirm they recieved it

no idea, usual only happens with stuff that needs to be signed for.

when you send somthing recorded or special delivery the person who its been sent too needs to sign for it when it arrives. But that wont be whats happend

could it be that the stamps i used were not suitable for the game case with a game in it? the thickness of the game case is 1cm and people are sayin i might of used stamps for 5mm letters.

I sent a pc game, in box manual and game, With 2 1st class and that is from IRELAND :O :O
So SwapitShop are just ripping you off mate, Give them a ring in the morning.
