All is explained in my letter to swapitshop:

Hi, im member M1408693 (chaz411989), and i bought something off a member called mohit113, transaction number 3130603, the description stated the following:

"GREAT QUALITY NEVER USED SAN DISK 1GB MEMORY CARD EXCELLENT SWAP GOOD RATING. ONLY 1000 SWAPITS BUY IT NOW.. mohit113 ADAPTER INCLUDED!!!"

I have a few basic complaints I had, the fact that something that has never been used should be brand new, but i didn't care about that. So, the description leads anyone to believe that the item would be working, so i plug it in, through my Micro SD USB adaptor, and, what a surprise, i've been scammed, the item does not work and is clearly a fake. The seller also admitted it that he scammed me by saying he sent it not working, here is proof:

I am especially annoyed as after studying law in school for 1 day, i read up on this, and it is actually illegal to do this, I am seriously considering reporting this person to the police under the offence of fraud, conspiracy, and breaking the internet code of conduct under many chapters.

After this activity, i would love to see this person get banned and his Internet Passport address get locked from www.swapitshop.com or any other domains owned by swapitshop, and for me to get a full swapits refund- as well as some swapit compensation* to relieve me of my anger and stress, especially when i have important GCSE mocs coming up in September.

Now, without a memory card, I can't save homework on it, nor any other educational pages because of this little immature scam artist.

they gave me compensation with my last complaint, i asked for 2k, they gave it to me, so i decided to add a 0 on the end to try my luck

they dont really care, they have a computer that can allocate swapits to anyone, they'll give you free swapits as long as you just shut up after they do- that way its less work for them

yeah i know they can just didnt think they would really.

worst thing is that they dont have to its an offering of good will and if everyone who reads this asks from now on they wont give anyone any so you shouldnt have said anything

they wont as 2k wouldnt be much but 20k would put the value and amount of swapits in circulation out of whack
