If you recieve a E-mail from Swapitshop that says something like Warning send stamps and you have sent forwarding stamps with the package, before you send the extra s5tamps off if your sure you did send the correct amount of forwarding stamps you could try one of the following:

Phone them on:

Or sent them a E-mail like this:

To: info@swapitshoop.com

Hi,

I have recieved a E-mail requesting that I send forwarding stamps for swap no:.........

I was fairly sure I included these with the package containing the swap, please could you have another check in your postroom for the package and see if you can see the stamps?

There were .................

Please reply to this E-mail as it says on your website "(We’ll reply within 48 hours)"
