WaterDo You Drink Any Water And How Often !!
how many glasses of water per day ?
I have quite abit of water when im working as im on the checkouts mean i bring down bottle of water when i start and again when i come down of my break

I probably have about 3 glasses of water a day, plus other drinks.

I don't drink that much at all, i have water like once a week, maybe less.

that good then fizzy 3 glasses of water better than none but like me
i have loads of water and then loads of pop mean it either me out

I will usually only drink water, juice or squash, and milk during the day. We don't always have drinks like coke and lemonade in our house and I don't drink tea or coffee so I think I drink fairly healthy stuff!

Ooo I love water  I have at least 6 a day I have fruits and juices too. I'm not too keen on fizzy drinks

I usually have about 2 glasses of water per day, and usually a few glasses of blackcurrant per day.
Every week or so, I have a glass of coke so I would consider myself fairly healthy, in that respect.

My boyfriend barely drinks anything, it's kinda worrying how little he drinks but he's never really thirsty apparently He'll only have like two cups of tea and a glass of milk in a day.
