nope sumtimes i used to ask weird qustions wen i was new wich i wud find annoying if sum 1 asked me now like how do i bid ahll i put the numba or shall i ask u befor i bid and im sure it got pretty annoying

No me neither 
I sent about 6 emails, from different email addresses, all with 'URGENT' in the subject and not a single one was replied to

i think its the urgent ones they ignore lol as i used to put that and never ever once got replies but got some replies wen i put the swap numbers i had problems with or wot the problem actually was in the title
but i just ring them now as itsm much easier

In my titles I always put my member number then the problem in brief like "Swap Not Received"

They should reply to all emails, unless they left.
