Yep, After 14 days (you may extend (they send email) ) of not recieveing, You get your swapits back and they get -3. |

They post it to SwapitShop first - so SwapitShop will know they haven't posted it and you will get your swapits back and they will lose rating.
If a swapper has a minus rating - be careful when swapping with them as they may not send or may be a scammer. The swapper does have 14 days to send the swap though. |

If you dont automatically get your swapits back
