Pleeeease type normally  its really hard to read in capitals (classed as shouting) and all spelt wrong
Im 17, female, 5ft 5 and 7 stone 11, i should for my height be heavier but everyone has the weight their body sits at comfortably, and thats mine. Everyone is different it depends how you feel and if your happy with your size.
