Whats your exercise routine?How often do you exercise and what do you do?
Whenever I am bothered I try and do sit-ups untill im tired (around 150) and leg ups (50 each). I try and do that twice a week.
What about you? What do you do?

I've only recently started doing regular exercise, but I'm doing - about 2 hours of tennis on Tuesday evenings, hour and half of football on Thursday evenings, hour or so of badminton on Sunday evenings, and also I'd like to go swimming every other week soon.

I dont really do any exercise. do games at school 2 hours a week and play table tennis on a friday-really quite a tiring sport even though it dont look it. Used to play tennis on a saturday but quit.

Table tennis? Tiring? I play it all the time- Never get tired! It's really fun though

Erm... Up until I broke my wrist I was doing 6+ Hours of rugby per week and 1 hour of badminton per week.
But at the moment, no exercise for me, lol!
Anyway, I am probably going to start my own little exercise routine from home, so 100 sit ups and 50 press ups a day. But start the press ups after my cast is off

lol yes but when the person your playing against hits the ball on the edges of the table all the time and you have to keep reaching to hit it lol then it becomes tiring

i do 4 hours of football
2 hours of basketball(more if i have a match)
1 hour of dodge ball (more if i have a match)
and one hour of badminton
its makes me quite tired though
