I Don't Know What Too Do
I Don't Eat Fruit Or Veg Only Rarely Carrots
But I exercise Loads
Go 2 The Gym
Play footie rounders Swimming
But My Mum Is Really Worried About My Health Is This Bad For Me ?

Well surely the answer is to start eating more fruit and veg?

Exercising is good but you need to also eat a healthy diet that has fruit and veg in it because they give you vitamins and nutrients etc.

Ermm well are you overweight? Or are you thin but think you are still too fat!

As long as you are happy with yourself i wouldnt be too worried, if you have any health problems at all then i would try to eat more fruit & veg

well is it because you dont like the taste of fruit/veg

i had a friend like that..
try making fruit icelollys or smoothies they were nice for her!

or a veg pizza?
