He agrees a swap with me

I post him link and another 10 messages over 6 hours, he replies.

I post him that it is live.

He has ignored me for about 4 hours. Then says i can't by meaning buy.

Then i ask him why not about 2 hours ago, he still hasn't replied and he has read the message
