I sent an e-mail saying I received a swap from ss that was meant to be brand new, but the seal was void and the box was bashed.

Dean e-mailed back and said:

In theory you DID get the incorrect swap. As it wasn't sealed - when should have been. And it was bashed up - which is wasn't meant to be.


Just give 'em a ring. Quicker, easier and less 'mix up' over the phone.
