I just recieved a PS2 game in the post from swapitshop and it has no case or manual which wasn't stated in the description. I know their are few swapitshop workers but they really do need to check every swap even if it means hiring for people.
but as long as in the description it didnt say it has a case then there is nothing wrong (as long as it works)

Not true, I added a PSP game a while back and sent it in without the case and manual and it was cancelled. I phoned up swapitshop and they said, "If any part of the thing you are selling is missing, you must mention this."
Fair enough I mean if I bought a phone and the description said K800i and it came to my door without a battery and charger i'de be furious. It's only not fair when mine get cancelled and other peoples are allowed through
OMG - searching for the game I reliased it's not even a PS2 game but a PS1 game. I couldn't tell before as it's seeled in a paper case which covers the bottom. I'm even more mad now. Swapitshop are such f***. They are really p*** me the f*** off as they are f*** up loads of my f*** swaps that I have f*** sent in and allowing s*** through that I win - f***
