oh thats bad to here maybe you could ring SS up and tell them beacuse royal mail are stike its not your fauly and they will probably sort something out for you.....

I'm sure lots of people have had the same situation.

Ring SS, Don't bother with email they bearly ever reply and if they do it takes ages!

A lot easier over the phone.
