i sent in 7 swaps 13 days ago, swapitshop havent received them, 3 of them are cancelled so far all because of RM!! i sent it first class aswell and i got a certificate of posting so that should help me claim from them.

Same as me. But apparently it takes ages for them to answer your claim, even if you send them a form with your certificate. But its ridiculous.
