1. im online whenever im meant to be, and whenever im not.

2. I know the forum well, and where everything is.

3. I can easily spot people doing things against the rules.

4. I know the rules.

5. I have sticked with the forum since it's birth( well nearly)
i was the 37th person to join.

In the past I've been unable to apply because of uncertainty about how busy university will get (in regards to the workload and social life etc), but it turns out I do have quite a bit of spare time on my hands...

I therefore present to you my application!!

My name is Fizzy and I'm 20 years old, which I know is quite an old age to be using SwapitShop and a forum like this, but to be honest I bet there are loads of people like me around. I've been a member of SwapitShop for almost two years now and have got a gold star rating, and joined this forum roughly six months ago and visit pretty much daily. I've also been a buyer and seller on eBay for about two and a half years, so I feel I can help newbies with this too. I'm a mature person (although some would probably vote boring) who likes paying attention to detail, which means that my spelling and presentation of posts is pretty alright. I think I'm also pretty good at spotting problems or problems that might arise which I think is a good skill to have as a mod.

I'm not going to cry if I don't get given the job so no pressure guys, but just wanted to let you know that you can consider me this time

While I am a fairy new member, I have joined in October, I have made many, many posts, some a little bit spammy, but I do try my best to contribute. I know everyone makes mistakes, so I can not only stop, but educate spammers and rule breakers as to why it is wrong, and we want this forum to be a safe and friendly environment. I can be a bit snappy, but users would look up to me, so I would bite my lips. I am on constantly at home, so I would be a very helpful and active moderator, while trying to maintain this atmosphere. I make just about 10-20 posts a day, I think.

I know all of the rules, and have previous experience of PHPBB, so I know all of the tehcnical stuff behind editing, locking, opening, stickying etc threads, so I can also be helpful in that aspect.

I love this forum, and I feel a bit useless at the moment, and I want to be a useful moderator. =]

I can do anything that you want me to do, help in any way possible, and still be extremely active, I have my cons, sure, but everyone does. I just admit it, I'm huma. =]

I will listen to both sides of the story if I see any new reports, I will think about it and make a decision which should be fair, but I know only Joey can make the final decision.

I am admin on many forums, and a mod on a few, but this would be my biggest one, but I feel that with the support of the members here I will be able to be a brilliant moderator!

Hi I am KCLIVES as you can quite clearly see ,

A lot of you know me on here so I wont do an intro. I already know many core members of the forum, many of whom I chat to regularly such as Joey and Robin so you know you can trust me.

When on the forum I generally type full concise sentences and explain my self fully. I try to be as helpful as possible and try to post constructively in as many forums of possible.

As for warnings/bans - I have had none

Regarding Swapitshop, I am a frequent buyer although I intend to stop using it altogether soon - I know that might not be what you want to hear, but i'm still sticking with the forum.

I have quite a large amount of experience with forums, as I co-ran an Ebay forum, have owned a Chat forum and have moderated a selection of various other forums.

Overall I am a friendly, chatty and enthusiastic kind of guy and I like moderating forums and I think I am up to the job.

So if you think I'm right for the job - pick me.

Hi, My name is Adam Wells and im 15 years old. I have been a apart of this forum for quite a while now and i would like the chance to be a moderator so that i can show you my full potential. Im a kind person and would always help anyone out on the forum which is either stuck or confused. Ive helped many people in the past on this forum. Im also, very good at looking out for spammers on the forum and making sure the forum is generally looking tidy. Im on the forum every day and would stick on the forum for as many hours as i can. If i was a moderator, i would show my potential from day one and would always keep to my role as a realiable moderator.

Well, I haven't been online here much recently but I will be from now on, I'm sure most people remember me, hopefully in a good way as I used to be very active here. I have been moderator and admin on other forums before and I have lots of time to come on the computer. I am helpful and know alot about this forum and I'm sure I will be able to help members out. I don't use lots of 'txt talk' and I spell pretty well.

Also, I have a few new ideas to help the forum even more! So if you do pick me for moderator I wont let you down and I will do the best job I can. Remember, I am slightly younger (not alot as my birthday was a few days ago) So I wont be leaving the forum because of exams etc.

I know everyone here pretty well and good luck to everybody else who does apply for moderator. May the best user get chosen =D

I want to become mod because I think I would be good at keeping this forum as good as it is!
I think ill be good because:
1/ I’m online, all the time. Weekdays: 4:00-11:00
Weekends: At Least 5 Hours
2/ I have experience as a admin on my own forum, so I know what being a mod is like
3/ I know the rules and stick by them.
I am friendly and polite (I think) and I try to help on the forum when I can! I could spot problems and deal with them, and tidy up the forum if there is spamming etc.
