No it doesnt, thats wrong...
In GCSE Terms, (year 10 and 11),
C is average, NOT under average, because C is a pass, anything lower than C (d or lower etc) is fail.... when you apply for a job or college etc, they look for C's and higher...
I wouldnt say C's are under average/attention needed at all....
Well done on your report anyway, hope you get the 360!

thats funny, i coulda sworn i said no c's on my REPORT, not gcses lol.
And anyway, at my school apparantly an A is worth an A* at most comprehensive schools...
