I got £20 from my boyfriend's mum but that's it.

Got a gift card for TK Maxx too but not sure how much it's for, probably £10.

You get much less as you get older and don't have grandparents anymore

Yeah I'm shocked by the mad money giving too. Anything over £50 or so is a bit excessive, unless it's money for something in particular like a holiday or snowboarding like someone said.

Yer i agree.....i mean i would understand if the money was the main present people get like my sis got £80 and a few little presents
but games consoles and money

£10 off sister,
£10 off Auntie
£10 off Uncle
£10 of grandad
£10 of nan,

Don't see how that is excessive espeically as I didn't get many presants

When I had grandparents and stuff I would probably get about £50 total in vouchers and cash each Christmas.

I mean any block amounts over £50 in addition to big presents like consoles.

I got £180 for my birthday last year lol, but I'm happy with my 30, my dad gace me an extra TWO POUNDS (Wow... so much!) He didn't even have to, I dunno why he did, Thank You Dad!
