Alot Of people Probably Eat Alot of Unhealthy Food, Therefore This Topic Is To Provide Advice On Food Which Is Good For You!

Here Are Some Tips To Mantain A Healthy Lifestyle!

• Eat 5 Fruit Or Veg Everyday!
• Drink Plenty Of Water!
• Eat A Variety Of Foods, Just Dont Eat Fish And Chips Everyday

Also Avoid Food/Drinks Which Contain Too Much Salts And Fats!

Also There Are Different Foods Suitable For Your Moods!

• Less tired - 2 glasses of water and a handful of peanuts
• More brainy - tuna/mackerel/salmon sandwich. Something fishy
• Less edgy - cut out caffeine and sugar

Facts state that about a quarter of all cancer deaths are caused by unhealthy diets and obesity.

Not only does eating healthily cut your risk of cancer and other diseases, but it also makes you feel fantastic. Eating healthily makes me personally feel great, as opposed to after eating lots of junk food and feeling all full and bloated!
