Anyone Have Spots I Do They Are Annoying!

Heres Some Reasons Why You Might Be Getting Spots

• Hormones
• Dead skin cells and make-up
• Genes
• Stress

Heres How You Can Try To Avoid Them!

• Wash Everyday!
• Dont Pick Them!
• Drink Lots Of Water!
• Avoid Touching The Area!

I Do Most Of Them But They Still Come Back But They Might Work For You

Try the Oxy stuff swapitshop is selling. I bought some of it from the shops and it's really working

Those stuff reduce redness and size, so the spot is still there but its good at covering up. Makes the skin dry in those areas though!

I Got Some Of Swapitshop Hopefully It Works, But I Seen On Superdrug Website Its Reduced So I Might Get Some More

You might aswellget the cheaper ones like tescos own brand they still work trust me I use them!

ive had myn 4 2 years i use these clean and clear wipes they work but i always pick mine

if you go to your doctor they will give you some stuff, if you are too embarresed to do that, buy some clearasil face wash.

i recommend freederm.
its basically a small tube.
It costs like £8.00 but it is so worth it. Just put it on you spots and you will see the difference in a few days.

Try rubbing Sudocrem in all the affected areas.

i never have any spots i look after my skin so much i put nivea cream on lol and i wash everyday aswell....
