It Wont Let Me Login To Swapitshop.
Answer
Browser: The SwapitShop site is currently optimised for use with Internet Explorer version 6 and higher. If you are having problems using other browsers, such as Mozilla, please switch to Internet Explorer. We are working on a fix for the Mozilla browser and will let you know when this is in place.
Checking your sign in details: Enter your email address in the box provided on the Sign-in page. Your details will then be emailed to you.
Security settings: Your security settings may be set too high. To check, open Internet Explorer, go to 'Tools', 'Internet Options' and then click on the 'Privacy' tab. Your settings need to be medium or lower.
Cookies: Your cookies may not be working correctly. Open Internet Explorer, go to 'Tools', 'Internet Options' and then click on the 'Delete cookies' button. This will delete your current cookies and allow your pc to create new ones automatically.
Tried all these options, but still having problems?: If you have carefully tried all the solutions above, but are still having sign in problems, then email Swapitshop at info@swapitshop.com with answers to the following questions:
Which operating system are you using? (Windows2000, WindowsXP, etc)
Which internet browser are you using? (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc)
Which version of that browser are you running?
Are you on a network?
Which Internet Service Provider are you using? (AOL, BT, Freeserve, etc) .
