i rang SwapitShop and the lady said they will have to cancel it as its been 2 weeks and i have to talk to royal mail and get compensation of them.
but its only a memory card but i understand what shes saying now i never got my swapits neither my rating..
If you sent it via the post office, and still have your receipt (proof of postage) then you are insured up to £28.
You can then make a claim from Royal Mail, to comensate you for your loss.
This will not help you with your ratings r swapits, but will hopefully ease some of the disappointment.
If you posted it straight into a post box, then I advise that you ask at the post office to see if you are still entitled to make a claim.

hey cuddlyewok i sent the memory card to the post box thats it 1st class and they never got i asked the post office and they said theres nothing they can do as there is no proof of postage,so i cant do anything...
