yeah... there's a girl in my form who's really depressed and self harms hersef, but no-one seems to care as they all just think she's attention seeking. Anyway she keeps having appointments tosee therapists and she's lucking a bit happier now

I used to self-harm, I stopped about a month ago, i'm not gonna explain why I did it, except don't use sharp scissors - the blood you can hide away but the scars on your arms? Yeeeaaaahhhh....

Great guide, but as a bit of my culture I don't really feel the need to stop.
Our group of mates are a bit weird. We're goths, but all have a bit of an emo...way. I self-harm because I feel better about myself, I don't know why.
Usually if I get upset and I feel like it's my fault when something goes wrong I self harm.
It's not THAT dangerous?
