Yes, I see your point, and she wasn't following the dress code, but the way he said it made it sound pervy. It's sort of sexual innuendo.

What a perv! We have ths swimming teacher called Tony Pearce who swims at International level, and i could have sworn he walks around talking to himself, sying things like 'f*c*i*g kids' and 'those b*s*a*ds!
