no it is nigerian scammers or a fake ebay user wanting you to send abroad first then they will pay you the amount they dont send the money but keep the phone
Agreed again. They won't pay that. Sometimes it is just someone with a grudge against the seller when bids get silly like this. (To make the seller pay huge ebay final listing fees)
