Could I please add to your great thread Joey.

If you are writing a letter to sort out a problem, then I do not recommend sending it to the above address, as all mail to there goes to the postroom, and could get delayed getting to whoever you are posting to.

Personally, I would send it to the Swapitshop offices, care of whoever (Dean, chewie, etc).
the address is:

Bishops Road
London SW6 7AD

hopefully, you will get a faster response from that address, although it should be very rare that you need to write to them.
