When people click your friends links (mine is in my sig below) it is supposed to be counted in a table which you can find here: http://www.swapitshop.com/links under "My Links Report". This page also tells you how many clicks you need to get a certain amount of Swapits.
However, recently when someone clicks your link it hasn't been registered to go into the table so nobody is getting their Swapits.

I recieved an e-mail from Habbo within 48 working hours (as they stated on the website) and had to ring SwapitShop. I've put there responses here and I must say I am NOT AT ALL happy with them.
