Why do you want to be an admin? well i love this forum so bad and could help the forum change around while being on several hours a day and being an admin well all i can say is WOW

Why do you want to be an admin?
There are many reasons why i would like to admin.
Firstly i want to inprove generally on how the forum is run and how moderators that are picked, are doing at there job. I will also be looking to introduce possibly new sections aswell as doing a big tidy up of the old sections that i will still keep. Becomming an admin would be an amazing opportunity for me and would really proove to members that im freindly,helpful and also id like the opportunity to help others but in a more advanced way. Another reason for being an admin for me personally would make people realise that they can trust me and also i really want to show my wide range varity of skills that i have to offer. As i have run several forums and websites in the past and present, i have realised that partically, that members really enjoy me being an admin as ive heard, my skills are worth while and members really enjoy the happy environment in which i create.

I have alot of spare time now as i have left school. Approximatly at the moment i would be able to get onto swapitshoplounge between 7-8hours a day.

Several ideas of mine i feel which would really make the forum alot better and i personally think that members would enjoy in what i have to offer/introduce.
1. The first idea would be introduced almost straight away, if i was chosen admin. My idea is really simple and is introducing msn member support and email support too. This will persaude members not to spam or post in other places i personally think. This would be made straight away and would offer all members customer/help support which i think is ideal for the forum of this vast size. Any member could simply message me anytime, and i would answer with accuracy. I would think that this idea would make the forum go forwared as, once accurate answers will be given out, then people will hopefully think that the forum is helpful and would most likely get passed around from friends to friends, and therefore i would think this would create more members.
2. The 2nd idea would be to offer a tokens weekly award for the highest poster. Spam posts will not be allowed and would not be counted. All members would have the opportunity of doing this and i personally think that this would bring the forum forwared, as it will bring in more posts and people will hopefully have fun try to compete against one and other.
Overall these ideas would be a definate succes and would surely being the forum forwared and would hopefully make the forum a much more friendlier place as the customer support would be great and also a sense of fun aswell, by offering tokens to the highest poster would being a sence of "competition" against other members, which would make the forum more fun for all members to enjoy.
Why should we make you admin?
Sensible, kindoff funny, kind, reliable. A few words describing how iam. As soon as making me admin you will notice all these features that i already obtain, being introduced. I would like to bring a sense of happiness and trust towards other members. This would be done by offering members competitions, tokens rewards and also, if they ask me for help. i would give them simple replies that anyone could understand. Also, many members now realise how much of a valid member iam, as this is shown in other posts that people have done, aswell as the old moderator thread. Most of all, friendlyness would be my main priority as i would like to continue how friendly iam at the moment. This would hopefully bring members closer, almost as a "swapitshoplounge family".
To conclude, being admin would be a fantastic chance for me to show all these ideas and suggestions, and bring them into action straight away. Which you would notice, if i was chosen admin.
Can we trust you?
I understand this is a major factor in choosing an admin. Many people have ask me to be admins on threads that they did on swapitshoplounge or via windows messangers or even by private message. This surely means that people can trust me. Once the "bond" between me and them, people then begin to realise that the big risk of me being admin is little or "non existant", as they realise im very reliable and they can truely trust me for who iam and what i promise to deliver, which i always make sure i deliver, no matter what they ask for.
I currently own only one forum, which i have mainly stuck to for around 4 months now. This forum has been through alot and i was originally asked by abs23 to join him, as he needed help. The forum now has 60 members and is growing daily which is fantastic. Ive helped him with the logo, template and alot more other things aswell, which he has personally told me, that he respects me for alot.
