If all the mods are going to get de modded and there would be replacement mods, tha would be unfair on Olivah, he's on a 4 week holiday throughout the whole of July.

It's not unfair on anyone. =]
All the old mods can apply again if they wish, or apply for admin.

I very much doubt the current mods are going to be de-modded. I think you'll find KClives will become admin and chrissie has allready resigned, so theres 2 current mods sorted. And I think Olivah and Steve-posh will remain in place.. So it won't affect any of the current staff realy!

I still think that KCLiVES will get the admin job, although I don't want him to get it.
He's a nice guy and everything but he shows off too much and is full of himself. He can also be kind of spammy and rarely uses proper English.
If I could pick the admin out of the people that applied, I would choose RobertoRoboto.

Hmm... I do kind of agree with you about Kclives, but before, I did want him to be admin.. as he was like the only active staff member, so I felt he deserved it, and he'll probably still get chosen like you said 
Thanks very much for the comment, but I doubt Ill get chosen, I'm not just saying this, But I would be surprised if it wasn't you as one of the new admins

I wont get picked, I know it. Being a past moderator on here is a disadvantage for me because it kind of shows that I dont stick to my job.
If I was picked, I would promise you that I would not leave and would give 100% to the job.

I resigned because I needed more time to run my own forum (which I no longer own).
That forum worked out quite well, but it wasn't really in my interests so I decided to give it to somebody else.
