Get a loudspeaker, put it in the middle of a street get a microphone and hook it up to the speaker.
While people are walking past shout out stuff like
"THIS IS GOD"
"PUT YOUR HANDS UP"
or "RUNNNNN!!!!!"
Place a hidden camera in a bush or something to film it?
