I never drink
Also jez you must be a fool and crazy because put it this way you fell over a wall off your bike, you had a warning, the paramedics came, you were out cold for hours and you had a row off you're parents. If that's not enough to stop someone from drinking what is.
You should get some help otherwise drink will take over your whole life.

How about stopping yourself first, i mean look at this:
Jez as a alchohol anonymous worker:
Jez: People, don't drink, it's bad for you
(takes out and downs a grolsch)
Jez: as i was saying before i was rudely interupted,
(downs another grolsch)
JEZ:
SO I sez, look buddy, you wanna take this outside?
(downs another and collapses)
your not gonna help people while you're still drinking, so start stopping now dude, before you hit another wall

and drinking isnt bad for you, you dont loose 5 mins of your life or have sex with Jack (although we would all want to...), its fine, and yeh you shouldnt get drunk but you HAVE to, at least once, to know how wrong it is
or you can become the countrys youngest "cool" alcoholic like this strange 13 year old... _________________ \.=. - Lawnmower 101463

Totally agree with you sam.
I don't drink very regularly really, and I'm nearly 21. I've never been so drunk I don't remember what I was doing, nor have I ever passed out, but I've had one REALLY bad hangover in my life and also I've thrown up twice because of alcohol.
Last week I had 4 glasses of wine with my meal on Thursday night, then the same again on Friday night plus a double vodka n lemonade and a single soco and lemonade when I went out that same evening. Drinking that much in one week is a rarity for me.

I drink reguarly with friends (probably 2x a week and that's only 2 pints and not even that sometimes) but i've never gone over my limit where i can't remember what i did. I know what it can do with one of my housemates throwing up and another falling asleep and waking up with a piece of bread and nutella on his face (yes we took the ---- out of him for that). Drinking is fine socially but as long you don't go over 'your' limit which is different for everyone.
Edit: i'm might get shouted at for this but hey.
Drinking underage i think is fine with parents at sunday lunch or special occassions and get you used to alcohol and build it up slowly so you learn not to be stupid with it. It's how i was brought up and probably why i never have been drunk (at 18 and at uni alot of people find that surprising). Learn it's yor own choice whether you drink or not.

be in a car crash, swear and someone at work, get drunk, oogle over models...

I agree that at uni everyone assumes that everyone's been drunk before, and it makes you feel like an alien if you haven't! I started uni back in October and lived in halls for 2 weeks and we were drinking basically everyday and I got properly drunk and threw up for the first time. I decided it wasn't how I wanted to live, so I moved out and I now commute everyday (only half hour on train). It was definately the right decision.

I hate how the majority of people my age (minus my intelligent, mature close friends) get ---- off their faces literally every weekend.
There's no gaining anything GOOD from it, it's a bloody depressant.
It's even worse when I see people I KNOW dressed like hookers, out with guys unable to walk, giggling like fish from the amount they've had to drink.
Then, they end up in a state when some guys have tried to take advantage of them.
I don't care how harsh this is, or who disagrees, but girls like that, that can't take control of themselves DESERVE the worst.
It's bloody ridiculous.
And, incase you haven't guessed by now, I personally don't drink, and if I DO it's in a house where I'm safe, with people I know. _________________ i have guinea piggies.

Same with me, unless I'm out at a pub/bar/club with friends which isn't very often to be honest.
I think it's disgusting how quickly young teenagers are 'growing up' and are slowly being able to do things that only 18+ should do. For example I've heard they have under 18's clubbing nights at real clubs - they don't serve alcohol but it's obvious the kids are gonna turn up wasted.
