lol Its alot for me, but not to as much as ive got at the moment.

They usually reply to emails, however Ill email jonathon who normally forwards it to dean which he then replies

I didnt receive a stabilo yellow pen (like the blue and pink ones) over a month+ ago

lots of stuff from some swpaitshop users, theres nothing much you can do really apart from wait for your swapits to be refunded, unless of course it says "completed" then you've got trouble

It seems lots of items are going missing.

Last month i reported 8 items to SwapitShop as missing and they refunded the lot and said they were in touch with Royal Mail because of the vast amount of missing stuff!

I forgot to mention that in my post above

same happened with a load of teletubbies stuff that i bought(about 6 or 7 items)

they turned up eventually after about 3 or 4 weeks
