so the new rule means with the old swapitshop you could bid over yourself and stop others from trying to make a bid over you so you can win the item.so now the new swapitshop is up and running that's why they have put this new rule into place so it gives everybody else the chance to make a bid and the opportunity to win the item and to stop the double bidding if my pridiction is right?
