From reading the description, I would say that he is selling the actual phone. The reference to the battery is to only tell you it has hours of talktime, and can be left uncharged for a week.
I think its the phone he is selling and i think he is just explaining the battery featurs to you.
I'd say go for it, its cheap enough... and besides what would he want to sell a battery on its own for anyway.
And i'm pretty sure that swapper is a member of this forum. If your unsure why not PM him ?
