i bought 5 shootout cards about 5 days ago but it is still saying awaiting delivery

Theres 14 days in which to send it in so 5 days is nothing. Just be patient.

ok thanks but one time i waited longer than that then it said extend or cancel so i extended it then it said it agian so i cancelled it

that was annoying me

That would have been after 14 days, not 5 so you got a while before that happens.
