I just use paint (on all computers) and make it a smaller picture.

right click on the picture

go open with -> microsoft office picture manager -> picture -> Resize -> Email (small)

then save it

hope this helps

I usedto put it in paint and shrink it but then i relized a resize button on my button lol!!
